The AGM of the Association was duly held on March 29 (Sat.) 2008 at Junkai-kaku
Honkan with George Koyama presiding over the meeting which was called to order
at 4:15pm.

Secretary Report-Approval of the Minutes for AGM 2007
The minutes for AGM 2007 were distributed to the attendees for review and approval.
The 2007 Minutes were approved by the attendees, being motioned by Boon Oyama
and seconded by Ian Walker. |

Treasurer Report-Approval of Financials
Hideo Nakanishi gave the treasurer report and distributed the 2008 Income Statement
for review and approval. The balances being as follows a/o March 29, 2008: |

In providing the report, Hideo Nakanishi mentioned that we need to come up with
fund raising efforts participated by all in not bringing our balance lower.
It was motioned by Boon Oyama that the 2008 Financial Report be approved, seconded
by Dietrich Bombach and accepted by the attendees.

Resignation of Officers
All officers tendered in their resignations having served their conditional one-year
term as was agreed at the 2007 AGM. Motion was made by James Patterson to accept
their resignations, seconded by Hideo Nakanishi and approved. |

Volunteers as New Officers
Hideo Nakanishi volunteered to serve the role as Treasurer, Joji Mayes Ozawa volunteered
to serve as Vice-president, Jean Rigod volunteered to serve as President, and
Nobuo Uwabe volunteered to serve as Secretary. |

Nomination and Election of New Officers
The new officers, duly motioned and seconded, were approved by the attendees with
Jean Rigod as President, Joji Mayes Ozawa as Vice-president, Hideo Nakanishi as
Treasurer, and Nobuo Uwabe as Secretary. |

SJC Festa 2008
Yuzz Kanda reported that the upcoming SJC Festa 2008 is currently scheduled to
be held from Nov. 14 (Fri.) -16 (Sun.) |

Re-production of FORWARD DVD's
It was resolved that we would not make any re-productions at least for now. |
| 9. |
Theme for this year, venue for our Bonnenkai, and AOB
The elected officers shall determine. |
