Announcement:

Request for Donations for the Restoration of Our Lady of Faith and Fortitude

Your Association is soliciting your generous donations for restoration of the statue of Our Lady of Faith and Fortitude located at the Foreign Cemetery. The statue had its wear and tear since it has been relocated from the playground of our Alma Mater to its current location in 2000.

For the benefit of those who are not aware, through the kindness of John Komor,( class of Õ54) the statue has been transported to the Foreign Cemetery when our school closed in 2000. It has been very well maintained under the supervision of John, and fortunately, it will so be kept in the future through John. John is now working with a very reliable vendor to initiate restoration work for which we are looking for your kind support and contribution. Restoration costs are estimated to be in excess of ¥539,000.

Kindly remit your donations to our following bank account:

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ
Tamachi Branch
Savings Account: 043-2045506
Account Holder: Saint Joseph International School Koyukai
(the above 043 prefix represents Tamachi Branch)

Please advise your graduating year and email address as well by messaging us. Names of all donors will appear on a list titled 'Donors List for Restoration of the Mary Statue, 2010' which will be displayed at the Foreign Cemetery.

Thank you in advance for your tireless support, folks and if you have any questions, please let us know by return.
